Thank You for your support and hard work!
In just a little over three weeks we have made such an impact in
our attempt to take on the special interests. Tonight the
special interests may think they flexed their muscles, but trust
me the battle to bring some balance and accountability has just
begun.
I am so proud of everyone who worked and contributed towards this effort. This setback is not defeat, but gives me the resolve to start earlier and work harder for what we all believe in - Quality Education, Fiscal Responsibility and Accountability.
Over the next few months I will work tirelessly to create a website which fulfills the promise of the online check register with or without the help of the school district. I hope that now that the election is over the school district will see the merits of this proposal. Whatever path the administration takes using the Freedom of Information act and volunteers we will be able to deliver on my promise of an online check register.
I am not going away but instead plan on enlisting an army larger than that of the special interests. I hope I can enlist you as well. I know it wasn't the message, but the lack of time and resources to get my message out that is responsible for this setback. Together we can make a difference and my pledge to you is to never stop fighting for what we all know is right.
